On 11th October 2012, Convest 12 organized a concert, Konsert Nusantara SentuhanNurani for closing ceremony for Convest 12. In this concert, the invited guests are Opick, Edcoustic, Hafiz Hamidun, Ezad Exists and Ally Iskandar as master of ceremony. Konsert Nusantara was held at CAC Hall at 8.00 pm.
